LISBON- Wanda L. Kidder, 70, of Mechanicstown Road, died at 11:31 a.m. Saturday at the Salem Community Hospital where she had been a patient for the past four days.
Mrs. Kidder was born July 30, 1943, in Salineville, a daughter of the late Earl and Mable Parsons Bragg, and was a life resident of area and have moved to Hanoverton from Columbiana in 2001. She had at one time been employed with Sterling China in Wellsville as a foreman.
She is survived by her husband, Gerald E. Kidder, whom she married Sept. 13, 1960; two daughters, Sandra K. Statler of East Liverpool and Kathryn S. Lewis of Lisbon; and two sons, Gerald L. Kidder of Chandler, Ariz., and Jeffrey L. Kidder of Marshalltown, Iowa. She also leaves five sisters, Janilee Richards of Alliance, Edith Randolph and Geneva Safreed, both of Salineville, Linda Bragg of Minerva and Dianna Barber of Morgantown, W.Va.; four brothers, Earl Bragg of Hundred, W.Va., Roger Bragg of Murfreesboro, Tenn., Donald Bragg of Salineville and John Bragg, Burton, W.Va.; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A daughter, Darlena Kidder, preceded Mrs. Kidder in death.
A private memorial service will be held at the Eells-Leggett-Stauffer Funeral Home in Lisbon. The family has asked that material tributes take the form of contributions to the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America, 4700 Rockside Road Suite 405, Independence OH 44131.
