LISBON In Columbiana County Municipal Court Thursday Craig Randolph, 28, County Home Road, Lisbon, was fined $150, given credit for two days served, placed on two years basic probation and ordered to attend 30 days treatment for persistent disorderly conduct.

Danielle M. Wallace, 32, Wadsworth, Ohio, was fined $150, given credit for one day served and placed on two years basic probation for persistent disorderly conduct.

Dirk S. Weston, 50, state Route 164, Lisbon, was fined $830, sentenced 10 days jail, given credit for 90 days served, and had his driver's license suspended 12 months for failure to comply, OVI second offense, failure to control and seat belt.

Isaac L. Lemasters Jr., 43, Salineville Road, Salineville, was fined $150, given credit for three days served, placed on two years basic probation and ordered to attend 30 days treatment for assault.

Kimberly Fields, 39, Monroe Avenue, Salem, was fined $30 for open container.

Jamie Smith, 29, Denver Street, East Liverpool, was fined $150, given credit for two days served, placed on two year intensive probation and ordered to perform 25 hours community service and attend 30 days treatment for persistent disorderly conduct.

Ryan M. Thompson, 31, Jennings Avenue, Salem, was placed on two years probation for persistent disorderly conduct. Inducing panic charge dismissed.

Elvin R. Tisdale, 23, West Fifth Street, East Liverpool, was fined $100, placed on two years intensive probation and ordered to perform 20 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension.

Linda R. Stuller, 24, Beloit, was fined $275 and placed on two years basic probation for driving under suspension/restriction and speeding.

Garrett G. Golladay, 23, state Route 30, Kensington, was fined $300, given credit for three days served and placed on one year monitored probation for reckless operation and failure to control.

Steven A. Smith, 32, West Pershing Street, Salem, was fined $700, sentenced three days jail, placed on two years intensive probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and assured clear distance.

An Aug. 19 pretrial was set for James V. Rhodes, 41, Youngstown, charged with assault.

An Aug. 19 sentencing was set for Vessie L. Ward, 26, Washington Street, Salem, charged with theft and disorderly conduct.

A Sept. 26 pretrial was set for Nicholas Owen Cechura, 21, Spring Street, Salineville, charged with discharge firearm prohibited premises. According to court documents, Cechura fired a gun at a man on West Main Street Aug. 2.

A Sept. 24 pretrial was set for Brian D. Mulch Sr., 57, state Route 7, New Waterford, charged with OVI first offense and failure to control.
