LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Tuesday, Erica L. Harmon, 19, Canfield, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle.

Julia L. McFarland, 19, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, was fined $150, given credit for one day served, placed on two years intensive probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for disorderly conduct.

Daniel J. Paterson, 21, Allegheny Trail, Negley, was fined court costs for failure to control.

Beau McGuire, 35, Gavers Road, Hanoverton, was fined $50 for disorderly conduct.

Charles Peck, 19, state Route 7, Columbiana, was fined $250 for reckless operation. Failure to control charge dismissed.

Bart L. Jordan, 29, Glasgow Road, Lisbon, was fined $200 and had his driver's license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Mario Vinson Harris, 33, South Euclid, Ohio, was fined $30 for no driver's license.

Jennifer N. Bettis, 26, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $30 for seat belt.

Michael T. Joy, 25, East Sixth Street, Salem, was fined $400, sentenced three days jail, placed on two years intensive probation, ordered to perform 30 hours community service and had his driver's license suspended six months for reckless operation and failure to control.

Robert F. Russell, 50, Benton Road, Salem, probation violation case dismissed.

Matthew Bulkoski, 54, Ravenna, was fined $100 for equipment violations.

Brian M. Crawford, 26, Salem Unity Road, Salem, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle.

Courtney M. Orr, 22, Seigler Road, Lisbon, was fined $100 for driving without a valid license.

Jason P.F. Truitt, 31, Middletown Road, Salem, was fined $1,025, sentenced 30 days jail, placed on two years intensive probation, ordered to perform 50 hours community service and had his driver's license suspended two years for OVI third offense and loud exhaust. Lane violations charge dismissed.

Timothy W. Good, 19, Kirk Road, Columbiana, was fined $275, ordered to perform three days residential out treatment program, placed on two years basic probation and had his driver's license suspended 180 days for reckless operation and traffic control devices.

Kevin E. Kirby, 38, East Beaver Street, Lisbon, was fined $150, given credit for two days served, placed on two years intensive probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for menacing.

David M. Gilbert, 29, Rose Avenue, Salem, probation violation case dismissed.

Dominic Stacey, 27, state Route 170, Negley, was fined $150, given credit for five days served, placed on two years basic probation and ordered to attend 30 days outpatient program through the Family Recovery Center for domestic violence.

An Oct. 8 pretrial was set for Larry White, 57, Broadway Avenue, Wellsville, charged with disorderly conduct by public intoxication.

A Sept. 10 pretrial was set for David C. Brown, 58, Walnut Street, Rogers, charged with hit skip private property and failure to control.

An Oct. 15 pretrial was set for Courtney M. Orr, 22, Seigler Road, Lisbon, charged with menacing, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.

A Sept. 17 pretrial was set for Melanie R. Sobek, 40, East Fourth Street, Salem, charged with possession of criminal tools and soliciting.

A Sept. 26 pretrial was set for Rachael R. Jordan, 37, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, charged with OVI first offense and OVI breath above .08 gram first offense.

An Oct. 15 pretrial was set for Jennifer N. Bettis, 26, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, charged with driving under suspension/restriction.

An Oct. 2 court trial was set for Britney S. Dermotta, 26, South Union Avenue, Salem, charged with domestic violence.

A Nov. 19 sentencing was set for Joseph C. Dominic, 25, Sebring, charged with OVI second offense, OVI breath above .08 gram second offense and speeding.

A Sept. 17 pretrial was set for Matthew P. Pittman, 24, Wapkoneta, Ohio, charged with failure to control and hit skip/leaving the scene.

A Sept. 17 pretrial was set for Sherry L. Harris, 53, Allegheny Trail, Negley, charged with OVI first offense and failure to control.
