LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Friday, Richard A. Monigold II was fined $150 and ordered to undergo counseling after being found guilty of domestic violence. Monigold, 33, Salineville Road, Salineville, was accused of assaulting Rachael Monigold at their home on June 12.

Kyle J. Gatrell, 18, Torma Road, Madison Township, pleaded innocent to menacing, and a pretrial hearing is scheduled for Oct. 1. Gatrell's mother called the sheriff's office on June 8 to say he was pointing a gun at everyone in the household and and threatening to kill himself if police showed up.

Danielle M. Stanley, 24, New Garden Avenue, Salem, has been charged with possessing drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia, and a pretrial hearing is scheduled for Aug. 12. The charges resulted from a traffic stop in Salem on July 25 after the officer found a syringe in Stanley's purse and two spoons with suspected drug residue on them. Stanley allegedly admitted using the syringe to shoot up heroin the day before and confirmed the substance on the spoons was also heroin.
