LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Thursday, Ryan J. Papic, 32, Elberon Avenue, Salem, was fined $750, sentenced 30 days jail, placed on two years intensive probation and ordered to perform 40 hours community service for three counts receiving stolen property and two counts theft.

Tammy J. Souers, 44, East Pershing Street, Salem, was placed on two years probation for bad check.

Edward Berresford, 23, Woodale Road, Hanoverton, was found guilty of driving under suspension and fined court costs.

Stephen T. Vishak, 19, state Route 518, Lisbon, was fined $300, sentenced four days jail, placed on two years intensive probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for violating a temporary protection order and obstructing official business.

Carol Gilmore, 50, East Washington Street, Lisbon, was fined $150, given credit for one day served, and placed on two years basic probation for persistent disorderly conduct.

Shane Blair, 34, Sebring, was fined $130, placed on one year intensive probation and ordered to perform 20 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension and speeding.

Christopher L. Joy, 28, 17th Street, Wellsville, was fined $200, given credit for two days served, place on two years intensive probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for disorderly conduct.

Everett A. Finley, 51, Summit Street, Salem, was fined $50 for fictitious plates.

Dane C. Boykin, 34, Ravenna, was fined $250, sentenced four days jail and given credit for 21 days served, placed on two years intensive probation and was ordered to perform 30 hours community service for theft.

Amanda McCallister, Teegarden Road, Lisbon, was fined $25 for dog loose.

Nancy K. Baker, 52, Fifth Avenue, LaCroft, was fined $300, given credit for one day served, placed on two years intensive probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for possession of drugs.

Danielle D. Littles, 32, Jonesboro, Ga., was given credit for 90 days served for obstructing official business.

Andrew P. Taylor, 31, Mansfield, was fined $100 and sentenced 180 days jail, with credit for one day served for violating temporary protection order.

Tracy L. McCoy, 41, Yeager Road, Wellsville, was fined $700, sentenced three days jail, placed on two years intensive probation, ordered to perform 30 hours community service and had his driver's license suspended six months for OVI first offense and failure to control.

An Oct. 17 review hearing was set for Frank Harris, 47, 18th Street, Wellsville, charged with two counts domestic violence.

A Sept. 5 pretrial was set for Joshua S. Best, 32, Sharp Street, Salem, charged with obstructing official business.

A Sept. 24 motion hearing was set for Joshua Steven Jones, 21, Columbiana-Waterford Road, Columbiana, charged with OVI and failure to control.

A Sept. 10 pretrial was set for Jeffrey A. Longbottom, 55, East Main Street, Washingtonville, charged with use of unauthorized plate, failure to display valid sticker and three counts passing bad checks.

An Oct. 7 pretrial was set for Frank Demont Matthews Jr., 52, Youngstown, charged with OVI first offense and lane violations.

An Oct. 8 pretrial was set for Tracy Ketchum, 45, North Market Street, Lisbon, charged with menacing.

A Sept. 5 pretrial was set for Lars Kreps, 29, Columbia Street, Leetonia, charged with knowingly obtain, possess or use a control substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A Sept. 3 pretrial was set for David G. Crom, 35, Stewart Road, Salem, charged with driving under suspension restriction.

A Sept. 5 pretrial was set for Donald R. Smith, 53, Speidel Road, Lisbon, charged with driving under suspension restriction and stop sign.

A Sept. 5 pretrial was set for Charles P. Park, 46, Salem-Warren Road, Salem, charged with reckless operation.

A Sept. 30 pretrial was set for Catherine L. Sayre, 41, Sprucevale Road, East Liverpool, charged with speeding.

A Sept. 26 pretrial was set for Ryan L. Butler, 28, Desellem Road, Lisbon, charged with disorderly conduct.

A Sept. 5 review hearing was set for Freddie L. Levenhagen, 45, Rose Drive, Lisbon, charged with assault, and disorderly conduct while voluntarily intoxicated.
