LISBON In Columbiana County Municipal Court Monday, Jacob B. McEldowney, 26, Valley Road, Salem, was fined $700, sentenced three days jail, placed on two years intensive probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and speeding.

Billie D. Lockhart, 36, St. Clair Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $250 and ordered to perform 50 hours community service for driving under child support suspension.

Sunshine D. Dailey, 30, Main Street, Wellsville, was fined $150, given credit for two days served and placed on two years intensive probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for aggravated menacing.

Brian D. Curran, 44, Riverview Street, East Liverpool, was fined $150 and given credit for 10 days served for persistent disorderly conduct.

Daniel S. Day, 19, Youngstown, was fined $100 for driving without a valid license.

Darrin W. James, 47, Lexington Avenue, Salem, was fined $150, placed on two years intensive probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension.

Anthony N. Dailey, 23, Fairview Court, Columbiana, was fined $60 for two stop sign violations.

Kristopher James Cibula, 22, Bell Road, Lisbon, was fined $150, placed on one year intensive probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension and lighted lights required.

Natalie R. Dillion, 30, Union Ridge Road, Negley, was fined $130, placed on two years intensive probation and ordered to perform 20 hours community service for driving under suspension, speeding and expired registration.

Thomas D. Drudy, 53, Pittsburgh, was fined $675, sentenced three days jail, placed on two years intensive probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for OVI first offense.

Paul J. Taylor, 52, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, was fined $250, placed on two years intensive probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for disorderly conduct.

Tyler J. Davis, 20, Maple Street, Lisbon, was fined $80 for fictitious plates, speeding and brake lights.

Yosef Goldberg, 24, Pittsburgh, was fined $100 for unsafe vehicle.

Dakota T. Childers, 19, Salem-Warren Road, Salem, was fined $250, placed on two years intensive probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for underage consumption.

Elena D. Ionese, 57, New Buffalo Road, Columbiana, was fined $100 for unsafe vehicle.

An Aug. 26 pretrial was set for Amy E. Moore, 32, Elkton Road, Lisbon, charged with driving under FRA suspension.

An Aug. 5 pretrial was set for Blaine S. Perry II, 25, Lisbon Street, Wellsville, charged with domestic violence. A preliminary hearing was also set for Aug. 5 for felonious assault charge.

An Aug. 5 pretrial was set for Albert E. Miller Jr., 30, Wood Alley, East Liverpool, charged with assault, driving under FRA suspension, failure to reinstate license, speeding and seat belt.

An Aug. 1 pretrial was set for Frank Harris, 47, 18th Street, Wellsville, charged with domestic violence and felonious assault.

A Sept. 5 pretrial was set for Mary E. Zetts, 29, Campbell, Trumbull County, charged with use of unauthorized plate.

An Aug. 5 pretrial was set for Charles E. Weyand Jr., 37, West Pershing Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence.

A Sept. 9 pretrial was set for Abraham S. Petersen, 24, High Street, Leetonia, charged with OVI first offense, seat belt and failure to control.

A Sept. 9 pretrial was set for Justin S. Spack, 20, Arch Street, Salem, charged with theft.

A Sept. 5 pretrial was set for Jay D. Hackathorn, 41, North Vine Street, Lisbon, charged with theft.
