LISBON - In Columbiana County Juvenile Court, a 17-year-old East Palestine boy was cited for allegedly fleeing from a police officer on June 12 and then once caught, providing police with a false name in order to hamper their investigation.
A 15-year-old East Palestine boy was cited for allegedly being habitually disrespectful toward his custodian, other household members, teachers and school staff between Jan. 1 and July 10.
A 16-year-old East Liverpool boy was cited after allegedly possessing Four Loko, an alcoholic beverage, on June 10.
A 15-year-old Salem girl was cited for allegedly being habitually disrespectful toward her parent and refusing to follow house rules between Jan. 1 and July 10.
