- Peter Sankili, 58, Gaffney, S.C., was northbound on County Road 406 in Hanover Township at 6:43 p.m. July 16, when he reportedly went left of center and struck a vehicle driven by Sajeesh Nannattu, 34, Port Arthur, Texas. No injuries were reported. Sankili was cited with lanes of travel.

- Brittany J. Flowers, 17, Carrollton, was cited with reasonable control after she was eastbound on Lewis Road in Washington Township at 1:45 p.m. Friday and went off the right side of the road striking a chain link fence. She was not injured.

- Adam K. Smith, 28, Cuyahoga Falls, was southbound on a tractor pulling a haywagon on County Road 403 in West Township at 10 a.m. Friday when a Ford Fusion driven by Ardell M. Bolanz, 75, Bellflower Road Northeast, Minerva, began passing him. Smith made a left turn and Bolanz struck him. No injuries were reported. Bolanz was cited with passing in a hazardous zone.

- Albert J. Spada, 90, South Mahoning Avenue, Alliance, was northbound on Mahoning Avenue in Knox Township at 10:25 a.m. Friday when he went off the right side of the road and struck a mower operated by Nicholas Sanor, 29, Stoffer Road, Homeworth. Sanor was driving a John Deere tractor with the mowing equipment was attached. The mowing equipment and tractor is owned by the Knox Township trustees. No injuries were reported. Spada was cited with reasonable control.
