- A Salineville woman passed away Tuesday morning while driving westbound on state Route 39 in Washington Township. According to the patrol report, Charla J. Mouse, 69, Oak Grove Road, died as result of an underlying medical condition and not as a result of the accident. Her vehicle went off the right side into a guy wire. Richard Tolson, 44, who witnessed the accident, broke out one of the vehicle's windows to reach her, but she was already unresponsive, according to the report.

- Chad E. Anderson, 39, Alliance, was northbound on state Route 45 in Salem at 8:40 a.m. Wednesday and Jennifer L. Allison, 38, Lisa Lane, Lisbon, was southeastbound on Salem Grange Road and pulled from a stop sign into the path of Anderson's vehicle and was struck. Her vehicle then went off the right side into a brick wall. She was cited for failure to yield and no operator's license and taken to Salem Hospital with non-incapacitating injuries.

-Michael A. Abraham, 47, Township Highway 294, Salineville, and Warren R. Hoce, 45, John Street, Salineville, were stopped at a stop sign westbound on West Washington Street at the Lincoln Street intersection in Lisbon at 4:40 p.m. Tuesday and Hoce backed into Abraham. Hoce was cited for improper backing.

- Heather L. Potts, 33, West Ninth Street, East Liverpool, was stopped eastbound on state Route 39 in Yellow Creek Township at 3:59 p.m. Wednesday and Bonnie L. Lewis, 46, East Main Street, Salineville, was eastbound on state Route 39 and failed to stop and struck Potts. Lewis was cited for assured clear distance, OVI and driving under suspension.

- Logan G. Marion, 17, Union Street, Lisbon, was westbound on East Liverpool Road in Madison Township at 3:20 p.m. Tuesday and went off the right side into a guardrail and a utility pole and overturned. She was cited for failure to control.

John Hassan Radman, 17, Kelly Park Road, Columbiana, was parked on Crestview Road facing westbound in Fairfield Township at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday and was struck by a westbound vehicle. He was cited for improper parking.

- Steven J. Fenescey, 57, East Branch, New York, was westbound on U.S. 30 in Hanover Township at 3:30 p.m. Monday and struck an object in the road.

- Cassandra L. Collins, 49, Montgomery, W.Va., was westbound on U.S. 30 in Hanover Township at 11 a.m. Monday and hit a deer.

- Robert E. Coombes, 42, Sebring, was northbound on Knox School Road in Knox Township at 3:55 a.m. Saturday and drove off the right side into a corn field. He was cited for failure to control and OVI.

- Michael T. Hilliard, 43, Third Street, Wellsville, was southbound on state Route 267 in St. Clair Township at 5:44 p.m. July 10 and went off the right side into a mailbox and a ditch. He was cited for failure to control.

- Deborah L. Winters-Gates, 50, Patriot Drive, New Waterford, was westbound on state Route 517 in Elkrun Township at 11:40 a.m. June 27 and stopped to make a left turn onto Davnor Road and Stephanie M. Rimoldi, 27, Lisbon Street, Columbiana, was westbound and failed to stop and struck Gates. Rimoldi was cited for assured clear distance and booster seat.

- Kevin R. Stein, 31, New Philadelphia, and Hazel D. Bechtol, 49, Knox School Road, Minerva, were stopped behind a commercial vehicle on Greenlawn Street in West Township at 6:55 a.m. June 25 and Bechtol attempted to pass and struck the left corner of Stein's vehicle. Bechtol was cited for failure to control.

- Carl D. Kantor, 62, Warren, was parked on the northbound shoulder of state Route 11 at 9:30 a.m. June 24 and was struck by a northbound vehicle that continued on.
