LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Karen S. Guappone, 47, Mardis Road, Kensington, was fined $750, had her license suspended for 180 days and was sentenced to both three days in jail and three days in a driving program for OVI first offense, two lights required and open container.

Craig F. Harn, 52, state Route 154, Negley, was fined $725, had his license suspended for 180 days, was required 30 hours community service and sentenced to three days in either jail or a driving program for OVI and speeding.

Joshua D. Crooms, 23, Water Street, Salineville, was fined $100 and sentenced to 27 additional days in jail with credit for three already served for disorderly conduct for ripping the telephone from the wall, throwing it and other electronic devices and yelling curses at his mother on Friday.

Lynette Sprouse, 39, Union Ridge Road, Rogers, was fined $160 for driving under FRA suspension, a seat belt violation and speeding.

John W. Underwood, 18, Sharon Drive, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from speeding.

David K. Huffman, 53, Savannah, Tenn., was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from commercial speeding.

Charles E. Rishel, 35, Georgetown Road, Salem, was fined $100 for no license amended from driving under suspension.

A July 22 pretrial was set for Stephen L. Nelder, 24, Parkview Drive, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence for allegedly hitting his live-in girlfriend several times because she took his keys to prevent him from driving while intoxicated.

A July 22 pretrial was set for Cassidy A. Sandoe, South Main Street, Columbiana, cited with domestic violence on Monday for allegedly throwing food at his ex-girlfriend, which hit another person in the apartment; pulling out a knife, waiving it and threatening to stab anyone who came near him; and throwing a bicycle at his ex-girlfriend's younger brother, who was insisting Sandoe leave.

An Aug. 6 pretrial was set for Catherine S. Gamble, 59, Garfield Avenue, East Palestine, cited with OVI first offense.

An Aug. 13 pretrial was set for April M. Miller, 45, McVeytown, Pa., cited with commercial speeding.

An Aug. 13 pretrial was set for Matthew Bulkoski, 54, Ravenna, cited with traffic control devices.

An Aug. 13 pretrial was set for Ray P. Collins II, 39, Fayetteville, N.C., cited with possession or use of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia for allegedly having a marijuana grinder, pipe and plastic container with marijuana residue in it on July 8.

An Aug. 13 pretrial was set for Charles Peck, 20, state Route 7, Columbiana, cited with failure to control and hit skip.

An Aug. 27 pretrial was set for John Robert Mohr, 28, West Fifth Street, Salem, cited with driving under OVI suspension and marked lanes.

A Sept. 17 pretrial was set for Jennifer A. Hepfner, 19, Cunningham Road, Salem, cited with underage consumption.
