Kelly Bailey exchanges vows with Brett Clingerman

Kelly Bailey and Brett Clingerman were united in marriage on May 26 during the morning worship service at Emmanuel Presbyterian Church in East Liverpool. The Rev. Tanta Luckhardt-Hendricks officiated.

The bride is the daughter of the late Ralph "Bo" and Linda Bailey. He is the son of Stanley and Paula Clingerman of North Lima.

The couple's children, Addison and Alex Clingerman and Maria Miller, participated in the ceremony during a Sand Unity.

Dena Bentz and Amy Bailey, the bride's sisters, read "What is God's Knot?" during the ceremony as the newlyweds braided three cords together to represent their unity as a couple and to represent that God is a part of their union.

The bride was escorted by her brother-in-law, John Bentz. Special guest organist was Lois Beals. A small cake reception was held in the fellowship hall of the church, presented by the Presbyterian Woman's group of Emmanuel.

Beth Christy was the photographer. Flowers, given as a gift by Ron, Beth and Kaileigh Christy, were presented by the bride and bridegroom in memory of loved ones. Many church family, family members and friends were in attendance.

The bride is self employed and serves as the organist at Emmanuel Presbyterian Church.

The bridegroom is a union carpenter.

The couple will honeymoon in the Caribbean later this summer.
