AVON, Ind. Glenn A. Rauch, 91, of Avon, formerly of Columbiana, died Tuesday 18 in Indianapolis, Ind.
Born Aug. 2, 1921, in Petersburg, he was the son of the late John L. and Ruth M. (Kachner) Rauch.
Mr. Rauch served in the South Pacific in the U.S. Army during World War II. He had been employed as a supervisor for Carrier Corporation for 21 years.
He is survived by his wife, the former Pearl M. Wentz, whom he married Jan. 10, 1946; four daughters, Linda (Robert) Holt of Stilwell, Kan., Deborah (Bobby) Flowers and Pamela (Fred) Taylor of Avon, Ind., and Glenda (John) Greene of Lebanon, Ind.; a sister, Jean Miller of Bakersfield, Calif.; 13 grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Petersburg Cemetery in Petersburg.
A memorial service will be held at noon Monday at Hope United Presbyterian Church in Plainfield, Ind.
Funeral arrangements were handled by the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home in Columbiana.
