- Chad David Raymond, 23, Stewart Road, Salem, was westbound on Carey Road in Butler Township at 6:48 p.m. Monday and went off the right side into a private yard and struck a car and a van on the property causing the truck to hit the garage door of the home. He was cited for failure to control and taken to Salem Hospital with non-incapacitating injuries.

- Ronald M. Cox, 23, Linden, Tenn., was southbound on Rochester Road in West Township at 6:25 a.m. Sunday and swerved to avoid a car that had pulled out of a private drive and went off the right side into a ditch.

- Angela M. Strosnider, 36, Meese Road, Louisville, was westbound on state Route 172 in Hanover Township at 9:17 p.m. Friday and went off the right side into a ditch. She was cited for failure to control.

- Manuel P. Alegreto, 70, Alliance, was northbound on Homeworth Road in Knox Township at 2:36 p.m. Friday and struck James E. Clair, 65, Alliance, who had failed to yield from the Center Road intersection. Clair was cited for right of way.

- Emily J. Wukotich, 32, Fairfield Avenue, Columbiana, and Richard W. Peters, 69, Jimtown Road, East Palestine, were eastbound on state Route 14 in Fairfield Township at 4 p.m. June 3 and Wukotich struck Peters. She was cited for assured clear distance.

- Daniel L. Sims, 50, Pancake Clarkson Road, Rogers, was eastbound on state Route 558 in Salem at 3:20 p.m. Thursday and went off the right side into a ditch and a culvert. He was cited for failure to control.

- Travis Telesfor Stanny, 22, 12th Street, Minerva, was northbound on 12th Street and went off the right side into an embankment, rolled over and hit a mailbox. He was cited for failure to control and seat belt and taken to Alliance hospital with non-incapacitating injuries.

- Elizabeth V. Miller, 24, Calcutta-Smith Ferry Road, East Liverpool, was northbound on state Route 7 in Elkrun Township at 4:57 p.m. Wednesday and a rock fell from the hillside and hit her windshield.

- Jonathan S. Harvey, 25, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was eastbound on state Route 344 in Salem at 8 p.m. Sunday and went off the right side into a ditch. He was cited for failure to control and a passenger, Alisha Sueann Harvey, 20, was taken to Salem Hospital with possible injuries.

- Richard M. Falcone, 49, Lyons Avenue, East Palestine, was westbound on state Route 165 in Unity Township at 5:30 p.m. June 10 and hit a mailbox and a tree.

- Barbara D. Senanefes, 66, McCracken Road, Salem, was eastbound on U.S. 30 in Smith Township, Mahoning County, and Darrell T. Wilson, 40, state Route 62, Salem, was westbound and Senanefes went left of center and struck Wilson. She was cited for lanes of travel.
