LISBON The Grand Jury served secret indictments to two men Thursday. Michael P. Esenwein, 28, Park Avenue, Columbiana, was served on the fourth-degree felony charge of receiving stolen property. According to court documents Esenwein had in his possession on Dec. 7 a Herrington and Richardson 12-gauge shotgun, a Steven's 20-gauge shotgun, Mossberg 12-gauge pump shotgun and a Remington model no. 770 belonging to Garrett Holloway.

Thomas L. Peterson, 48, St. Jacobs-Logtown Road, Leetonia, was served on the fourth-degree felony charge of recklessly causing physical harm to someone with a motor vehicle. Peterson reportedly struck Lynn Mitchell with a motor vehicle on April 13.
