SALEM - Ann Marie Dzik, 66, of Century House, Salem, formerly of Grafton, W.Va., died at 5:20 a.m. Thursday at the Parkside Health Care Center in Columbiana.
Born April 21, 1947, at Uniontown, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Virgie (Gyugo) Walsh.
Mrs. Dzik had been employed as a secretary for the federal government and also in the private sector for several years. She had attended St. Paul Catholic Church in Salem.
Her husband, Charles J. Dzik, is deceased.
Survivors include a daughter, Susan Barrish of Milton, Del.; a son, John Dzik of Newark, Del.; a sister, Mary (Lynn) Eskay of Leetonia; and seven grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Leetonia. Burial will be in St. Adalbert Cemetery in Pittsburgh, Pa.
Friends may call from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday at the Woods-Rettig Funeral Home in Leetonia.
