Area safety service personnel work to extricate a victim in a two-vehicle crash at state routes 45 and 165 at 4:24 p.m. Wednesday. Two occupants of the car had to be extricated after it struck parked vehicles in a nearby business' parking lot, and were life-flighted from the Salem Airpark. The two occupants of the other vehicle, the pick up truck seen in the background, were also transported from the scene with injuries.
