- Elton Wayne Buchannon, 37, Tupelo, Miss., was cited with passing on the double yellow line and no license after deputies reportedly saw him passing a red pickup on U.S. Route 30 west of Trinity Church Road at 9:57 a.m. Monday.

- Todd Johnson, Davner Road, Lisbon, reported at 7:23 a.m. Monday someone accessed his debit card account at PNC and took $1,344 on Sunday. Purchases were made in Arizona, California and Mexico.

- Phillip Devine, Votaw Drive, Hanoverton, reported at 12:08 a.m. Sunday he has been having issues with another man and had asked him to stop starting trouble, but the other man texted threats telling him to lock his doors. Deputies called the other man, Jack Snyder, who claimed both were guilty of threatening each other and stated he had no plans to harm Devine.

- A deputy found a vehicle sitting stationary in the middle of the road at 9:30 p.m. Sunday. The owner, Amanda Lodge, told deputies she was driving and arguing with her boyfriend. He reportedly put the vehicle in park, took the keys and threw them into the woods. She said there was no threats or violence. The keys were found and she went home.

- Tina Javcic, Latta Road, East Palestine, reported at 10:34 p.m. Sunday she had two four wheelers go through her yard, do doughnuts and take off down the road.
