LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Thursday, Christopher A. Parmer, 31, Summit Street, Salem, was fined $150 for driving under FRA suspension and speeding.

Amos T. Stone, 82, Youngstown, was fined $100 for failure to reinstate license.

Edward Woodley, 19, North Benton, Mahoning County, was fined $100 for operator license required.

Dwayne D. Blackburn, 55, Willis, Michigan, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle.

Ronald N. Harvey, 41, Millville, New Jersey, was fined $150 for tail lights.

Ronald E. Elliott, 51, Vine street, Salem, domestic violence case dismissed.

Brian L. Cramer, 26, Harvey Avenue, East Liverpool, fugitive charge dismissed. According to court documents, Cramer is charged with house burglary in Hancock County, West Virginia. He was being held in the Columbiana County Jail.

A June 17 pretrial was set for Dakota S. Mccluskey, 21, East Main Street, Salineville, charged with OVI second offense, driving under suspension, failure to control and open container.

A July 2 pretrial was set for Steven A. Smith, 32, West Pershing Street, Salem, charged with OVI first offense and assured clear distance.
