LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Monday, Matthew P. Bailey, 33, Franklin Street, Salem, was fined $150 and had his license suspended six months for possessing instruments for ingestion or inhalation of a controlled substance.

Devan A. McCallister, 18, Charlton Drive, Lisbon, was fined $350, placed on two years' intensive probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for underage consumption, driving under child support suspension and improper turn.

Amanda L. Mancuso, 32, Waddell Street, Leetonia, was fined $50 for failure to display valid sticker. Use of unauthorized plate charge dismissed.

Timothy R. Cain, 57, Girard, was fined $150 for failure to reinstate license.

April D. House, 38, West Chestnut Street, Lisbon, was fined $200, placed on two years' intensive probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for obstructing justice.

Brooke Penick, 24, Southeast Boulevard, Salem, was fined $300, placed on two years' intensive probation and ordered to perform 20 hours community service for disorderly conduct and driving under suspension.

Joseph C. Dominic, 25, Sebring, was fined $150 for no operator's license.

Aaron West, 20, Lisbon Street, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct.

Robert B. Wirks, 41, Darlington, Pa., was fined $200, sentenced three days jail and placed on two years' basic probation for physical control.

Herbert J. Jones, 25, Midland, Pa., was fined $200, placed on two years' intensive probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for furnishing false information and open container.

Julie A. Jennings, 49, Jersey Ridge Road, Salem, was fined $40 for speeding.

A July 11 pretrial was set for Karen S. Guappone, 47, Kensington, charged with OVI first offense, two lights displayed and open container.

A June 18 pretrial was set for Candice N. Chamberlain, 29, Goshen Road, Salem, charged with OVI first offense and traffic control devices.

A Jun 3 pretrial was set for Richard L. Salaz, 50, Louisville, charged with OVI first offense, driving under child support suspension and turn signals.

A June 27 pretrial was set for Aaron A. Brierly, 22, Mount Orab, Brown County, charged with driving under OVI suspension, speeding and seat belt.

A June 20 pretrial was set for Courtney M. Orr, 22, Speidel Road, East Rochester, charged with driving under suspension.

A June 10 pretrial was set for Jeffery R. Martin, 41, Salem-Alliance Road, Salem, charged with driving under FRA suspension.

A June 11 pretrial was set for Brandon C. Craig, 18, East Third Street, Salem, charged with underage consumption.

A Jun 10 sentencing was set for Ian M. Iagulli, 22, Rose Avenue, Salem, charged with assault and criminal damaging. According to court documents Iagulli is charged with assaulting a man in the Walmart parking lot on May 3.

A June 3 extradition was set for Nathan D. Winn, 22, Walnut Street, Salem, charged with failure to appear for probation violation.
