- A supervisor with CARTS reported at 2:11 p.m. Wednesday two students picked up at the Opportunity School at Juvenile Court became unruly on the bus, using profane language. The two girls, both 16 years old, are East Liverpool students and ride the bus to the Career Center where two more students usually board the bus. The girls reportedly have behaved in the same manner before deputies transported them both to the county jail. On the way, one of the girls contacted her mother, who came and picked them up.

- A state Route 518, Lisbon, woman reported a domestic dispute at 10:13 a.m. Wednesday. Neither person involved wanted to talk about the argument, but there was reportedly no physical violence.

- A 16-year-old Cherry Valley Road boy was dropped off at the Leetonia Police Department at 7:01 a.m. Wednesday. He claimed he has a rash and was upset because his mother refused to take him to the doctor. Deputies spoke to his parents, who said the father took him to the doctor, but the boy refuses to use the cream prescribed and refused to go to school, so he was dropped off at the police station by his mother. Deputies explained to the boy he needs to obey his parents and attend school.

- An East Main Street, Salineville, man reported at 10:46 p.m. Wednesday he wanted another man removed. The other man was very intoxicated, but agreed to leave. Deputies gave him a ride home.

- A Yates Road, Salem, woman reported at 7:05 p.m. Wednesday her 23-year-old son took her 14-year-old son to Cleveland to see their father in the hospital. However, she did not know the elder son was taking his younger sibling with him.

- A Beloit area woman reported at 12:07 p.m. Wednesday she has been receiving scam phone calls during the last year. Her grandson recently answered a call and told the caller he knew it was a scam. He asked the caller to stop calling and the caller threatened to shoot him.

- A Failer Road, East Palestine, woman reported at 12:29 p.m. Wednesday she is having an ongoing problem with her neighbor harassing her and causing damage to her pool. The neighbor reportedly runs his lawn mower along the driveway throwing gravel against the pool, makes obscene gestures at her and sits in the driveway staring at her for extended periods of time. Deputies spoke to the neighbor, who claimed Howard antagonizes him and denied blowing his clippings toward her property.
