Man faces felony charges for credit cards, forged checks

LISBON - Kevin E. Ehrenberg, 52, address unknown, was served a secret indictment for charges of fifth-degree felony theft, a fourth-degree felony misuse of credit card and three counts each of fifth-degree felony forgery, fifth-degree felony receiving stolen property and fourth-degree felony theft.

According to court documents, Ehrenberg in September and October 2012 used the identity of Jeffrey and Linda Flowers to obtain three credit cards and forged three checks through those accounts on Oct. 10 and 16. He allegedly used the ill obtained money to pay for work completed by custom Concrete and Construction, Oliver's Construction LLC and Bruderly Excavating. Additionally on Sept. 4, 2012, he reportedly stole between $1,000 and $7,500 from an account at Huntington Bank utilizing deception.
