- Deputies were alerted by a passerby of a woman walking on Lisbon Road toward Franklin Square at 2:04 a.m. Sunday. Deputies found the woman, Deanna Long of Washingtonville, who was upset and crying. Long said she and her boyfriend were drinking at Lock 24 and got into an argument. Deputies suggested she file a report with Lisbon police in the morning, which she did at 4:17 a.m. Long added that her boyfriend had been calling her and refusing to bring her car back and threatening to crash it. Police even overheard when she received a call and a male voice threatened to turn something "into a jigsaw puzzle." Lisbon police suggested she contact Washingtonville police.
