- Dana Arter, state Route 172, Lisbon, reported a loose brown and white stallion walking around the intersection of state Route 172 and Depot Road at 7:16 a.m. Saturday. Her husband, Aaron Arter corralled the horse and went over to the home where they believed the horse owner lives, but no one was there. A note was left for the owner to call deputies about where to find his horse.

- William Cornwell, Hawkins Road, East Palestine, reported a fight between his two sons at 1:53 p.m. Saturday. The younger son had reportedly knocked on the other boy's door and when he opened the door, grabbed him by the neck. The younger boy also reportedly broke the handle off the cold water faucet. The younger son was taken to Tobin Center, where he had just been released from last week.

- Tony Hilton, Bacon Avenue, East Palestine, reported at 1:45 p.m. Saturday he believes he is being harassed by the manager of Roseland Apartments, where he received a letter from urging him not to return or face prosecution. Hilton told deputies his mother lives there and he goes to see his mother. Deputies confirmed from Hilton the notice is valid and suggested he call his mother and meet her elsewhere if they want to visit.
