- Brandon Kastor, Fink Road, Summitville, reported at 2:31 a.m. Thursday there was a suspicious person trespassing in his backyard. Deputies spoke to Carol Kastor, who explained the person visiting is her grandson Brandon Kastor's estranged wife, Jessica Kastor. The grandmother said Jessica Kastor is welcome at her home, even though her grandson has a problem with it. In a related matter, Libby Taylor, state Route 45, Lisbon, reported at 3:14 a.m. Thursday her daughter's estranged husband, Brandon Kastor, was beating on the door wanting his child. Jessica Kastor also called deputies to report Brandon Kastor tried to run her off state Route 518 and both of them were at the Pitt Stop. Deputies found the couple in the lot in Jessica's car. She claimed he had pulled up along side her and forced her to stop. They went to talk. Although she locked the front door, he climbed into the back seat and refused to get out. Deputies spoke to Brandon Kastor about the false report he filed earlier and told him to go home.
