Salem News

The construction technology class at the Columbiana County Career and Technical Center recently constructed and donated dog houses for distribution by humane agents of the Humane Society of Columbiana County (HSCC). The class researched design and climate control for the pet housing. HSCC volunteers transported the houses to HSCC at 1825 S. Lincoln Ave., Salem, where they have been put into use in a variety of roles. Individuals interested in more information about this placement program, the dog house "turn-in" program, or to donate may contact 330-332-2600 or www.columbianahumane.org.
