LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Latoya L. Monteiro, 24, last known address Mapletree Street, East Liverpool, was bound over to the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court on a charge of failure to verify her residence. According to court documents, Monteiro failed to register on March 6 as she is required to do every 90 days as a Tier III juvenile offender registrant.

Connor J. Perry, 18, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, was fined $1,000 and required 30 hours community service with a possible 180 days in jail to be served following a diversion review on Oct. 15 for underage consumption.

Terry J. Hayes, 56, Bessemer, Pa., was fined $825, had his license suspended for six months, was sentenced to three days in jail and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and open container.

Thomas Binion, 40, Mineral Ridge, was fined $925, had his license suspended for 180 days and was sentenced to 20 days in jail for OVI first offense, unauthorized use of a plate and possession of marijuana for 5.3 grams in two baggies.

Britton K. Steiginga, 19, Walnut Grove Drive, New Waterford, was fined $300 and had his license suspended for three months for failure to stop for a stopped school bus, speeding and failure to display a valid sticker.

Joseph J. Huseman, 19, Timber Run Street, New Waterford, was fined $250, credited with one days served in jail and required 30 hours community service for misuse of credit cards. Court documents show Huseman, without permission of the owner, used a debit card five times at Huntington Bank in East Palestine and once at Huntington Bank in North Lima.

Dale Baker, 52, Lisbon Road, Lisbon, was fined $150 for commercial speeding.

Robert J. Halfhill Jr., 31, Waterford Road, New Waterford, was fined $100, credited with 24 days served in jail and required 20 hours community service for disorderly conduct for walking on East Taggart Street while intoxicated and stumbling into the roadway after police had warned him earlier to stay at home.

Hillary T. Robinson, 45, Canton, was fined $100 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.

Angela L. Fazikas, 30, Indiana Avenue, Chester, W.Va., was fined $80 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.

Mary L. Jordan, 34, McCann Road, Salem, was fined $50 and required 20 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension.

An April 18 pretrial was set for Nicole O'Donnel, 23, South Washington Street, East Palestine, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia for an alleged crack pipe in her possession on Wednesday. Bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.

A May 6 pretrial was set for Brian S. Frederick, 50, Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, cited with driving under suspension.

A May 9 pretrial was set for Jerad James Chestnut, 23, East Third Street, Salem, cited with failure to display a valid sticker and two counts of driving under FRA suspension.

A May 14 pretrial was set for Kaylynn R. Keener, 24, Broadway, Wellsville, cited with failure to reinstate a license and speeding.

A May 28 pretrial was set for Christian P. McCoy, 44, Hookstown, Pa., charged with OVI first offense and marked lanes.

An Oct. 3 step sentencing was set for Nickolas Kain Nelson, 19, Somer Street, Leetonia, who pleaded guilty to underage consumption.
