LISBON - Lisa L. Odey, 54, Buckeye Avenue, Salem, was found guilty of persistent disorderly conduct in a trial before Judge Mark Frost on Wednesday in Columbiana County Municipal Court.

Odey was fined $250 and sentenced to 30 days in jail beginning on April 26.

According to court documents, Odey and Clay Powell were intoxicated and having an argument inside a Monroe Street, Salem, apartment at about 4:14 a.m., Dec. 30. They were disturbing neighbors and despite warnings to cease from police, they continued, causing neighbors to call about another noise disturbance only 30 minutes later.
