LISBON- Larry R. Mullins, 56, passed away Thursday at his home following a lengthy illness.
Born March 31, 1956, in Rochester, Pa., he was a son of the late Sidney O. and Mary E. (Pflug) Mullins. He had worked as a chef and later as a case manager for Comprehensive Behavioral Health.
Survivors include his wife, Heather Houlette-Mullins; son, Larry (Dr. Jennifer) Mullins of San Diego, Calif.; step-sons, Collin and Darrin Houlette of Lisbon; sister, Wanda Jonas of West Mayfield, Pa.; six brothers, Wilbert of Chicago, Sidney of North Carolina, Ronnie of Crannberry, Pa., David of North Carolina, Paris of Texas and Vollie of Baldwin, Pa.; and two grandchildren.
There will be a memorial service at 11 a.m. Friday, April 5, at the First United Methodist Church.
