LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Thursday, a March 28 preliminary hearing was set for Randy J. Callehan, 22, West Main Street, Salineville, charged with breaking and entering. Sheriff's deputies reportedly tracked Callehan down by following broken beer bottles from the broken window at the American Legion in Salineville on Tuesday.

Bennie R. Lewis, 30, Youngstown, was fined $130 for speeding and driving without a valid license amended from driving in violation of a driving restriction.

A March 28 pretrial was set for Adam L. Lodge, 21, Aetna Street, Salem, charged with obstructing official business and drug abuse. Salem police allege Lodge ran from them and was found with suspected marijuana and a pipe in his pocket after he was caught.

An April 2 pretrial was set for John A. Stoffer, South Broadway, Salem, cited with driving under suspension, a seat belt violation and possession of drug abuse instruments. Court documents allege he had a crack pipe in his pocket, which he voluntarily gave to Perry Township police.

An April 16 pretrial was set for Lauren R. Pearson, 28, Commerce Street, Wellsville, cited with OVI second offense, failure to display a valid sticker and a seat belt violation.

An April 18 pretrial was set for Andrea T. McFarland, 27, Grant Street, Lisbon, cited with driving under suspension and two counts of drug paraphernalia. Court documents allege McFarland had a crack pipe with a metal filter and a spoon with white residue on the top and burned on the bottom.

An April 18 pretrial was set for Brandon M. Huff, 18, East Fourth Street, Salem, charged with attempted breaking and entering. Court documents claim on Sunday Huff allegedly threw and asphalt pieces and broke the front window of Cheap Tobacco in Salem before fleeing eastbound.

An April 18 pretrial was set for Ryan Oliver, 33, Commerce Street, Wellsville, cited with driving under suspension and tail lights.

An April 23 pretrial was set for Charles E. Weyand Jr., 37, West Pershing Street, Salem, cited with driving under a 12-point suspension and possession of marijuana for a baggie of marijuana and roaches.

An April 25 pretrial was set for Dawna E. Weyman, 55, South Main Street, Columbiana, charged with menacing for allegedly threatening to "burn this place down" after she received an eviction notice.

An April 25 pretrial was set for Craig A. Thorpe, 30, West Park Avenue, Columbiana, cited with driving under FRA suspension and failure to display a valid sticker.

An April 25 pretrial was set for Susan B. Robbie, state Route 517, Lisbon, cited with failure to control.

An April 30 pretrial was set for Jacqueline Vitullo, 49, Canfield, cited with speeding.

A May 6 pretrial was set for Travis R. Culler, 25, Walnut Street, Salem, cited with failure to reinstate a license and traffic control devices.

A May 9 court trial was set for Jeffrey A. Mower, 55, U.S. Route 62, Salem, cited with speeding.

In Municipal Court Friday, Amanda L. Ridzon, 28, Woodworth Road, New Springfield, was fined $30 for speeding.

Jeffrey O. Myers, 38, Toledo, was fined $30 for speeding.

Randal Lloyd Ingledue, 49, Dellroy, Carroll County, was fined $105 for driving without a valid license and tail lights.

Karle E. Peterson, 52, Florida, was fined $100 for driving without a valid license.

Wanita J. Lewis, 34, Malvern, was fined $75 for open container.

Patricia J. Plegge, 58, East State Street, Salem, was fined $100 for permitting underage consumption.

A May 7 pretrial was set for Robert E. Monter, 39, Alliance, charged with speeding.

An April 8 pretrial was set for Teresa L. Custer, 32, Youngstown, charged with fictitious plates.

A May 2 pretrial was set for John D. Carrion, 33, West Sixth Street, Salem, charged with possession of drugs and possessing instruments to ingest or inhale a controlled substance.

A May 28 pretrial was set for Joseph D. Davis, 52, Hillcrest Road, Wellsville, charged with driving under FRA suspension.

A May 28 pretrial was set for Steven F. Scarpaci, 39, South Street, Niles, charged with OVI first offense, no driver's license and speeding.

A May 9 pretrial was set for Brenda S. Chase, 47, state Route 45, Wellsville, charged with OVI first offense, failure to control and seat belt.

A May 6 pretrial was set for Jiquala M. Rushton, 29, Warren, Trumbull County, charged with no driver's license, use of unauthorized plate and seat belt.

An April 22 pretrial was set for Jacklyn S. Solomo, 29, Yates Road, Salem, charged with underage consumption for selling beer to a 19-year-old.

An April 23 pretrial was set for Kayla E. Macklin, 24, North Elm Street, Columbiana, charged with assault.

An April 23 pretrial was set for Kim Cousin, 53, Canfield, charged with speeding.
