- A West Friend Street resident reported at 3:26 p.m. Wednesday someone damaged a window on their home.

- A North Main Street woman reported at 3:31 p.m. Wednesday her brother was sending her harassing text messages.

- A South Main Street man reported at 6:29 p.m. Wednesday his wife was threatening him.


- Police were asked by an ambulance crew to assist them at a home on North Market Street at 9:24 p.m. Wednesday, where a man who needed to be hospitalized was now refusing to go. An officer spoke with the man, who said he would go but he first wanted to roll his cigarettes. When told this was not possible, the man turned off the TV and lights and then finished his beer. The man then told police and the ambulance crew they were all nuts before getting into the ambulance and leaving.
