LISBON - Melinda S. Schroeder, 29, Vale Road, Rogers, was served a secret indictment on a charge of receiving stolen property. According to court documents on May 29, 2012, Schroeder allegedly had wedding rings belonging to Michelle Hughes valued at between 1,000 and $7,500.
Timothy E. Culler Jr., 34, North Howard Street, Salem, was served a secret indictment on a charge of illegal conveyance of drugs onto the grounds of a detention facility for allegedly taking Buprenorphine onto the grounds of the Columbiana County Jail on March 12, 2012.
Both indictments were issued by the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury in February.
