LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Friday, Teresa S. Cassinger, 35, East Fourth Street, Salem, was fined $150 and required 25 hours community service for assault for scratching, biting and pulling the hair of Denver Stonestreet on the front porch of her home.

Theodore D. McQueen, 33, Cleveland, was fined $130 for driving under suspension and improper turn.

Dale E. Dennison, 22, McCracken Road, Salem, was fined $100 and required 20 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension.

A May 7 pretrial was set for Virginia S. Beadnell, 48, Fink Road, Kensington, cited with speeding.

A May 28 pretrial was set for Maurice Brooks, 26, Youngstown, charged with obstructing official business and drug paraphernalia for a scale police allegedly found following a foot chase.

A July 9 diversion hearing was set for Robert B. Cruz, 20, Fair Avenue, Salem, and Tom J. Cruz, 19, Columbia Street, Leetonia, who pleaded guilty to underage consumption and have been sentenced to 180 days in jail, a $1,000 fine, ordered to attend alcohol counseling and required 30 hours community service.
