- Jennifer Danielle Hannan, 18, Saline Street, Irondale, was southbound on Steubenville Pike in Washington Township at 4:49 a.m. Friday and went off the right side into two trees. She was cited for failure to control and taken to East Liverpool Hospital with non-incapacitating injuries.

- Scott E. Simmons, 37, Globe Street, East Liverpool, and Jason N. Givens, 32, Dodge Street, East Liverpool, were southbound on state Route 170 and stopped at a red light in St. Clair Township at 10:35 a.m. Wednesday and Givens pulled forward and struck Simmons from behind.

- Amanda S. Clemens, 24, Bayard Road, Homeworth, was southbound on Homeworth Road in Knox Township at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday and Brian L. Kolm, 19, Alliance, was westbound on Center Road and failed to yield at a stop sign and collided with Clemens, who went off the west side and into a tree. Kolm then went off the east side of the road into a utility pole. Clemens and her passenger, Grant D. Clemens, 1, Bayard Road, Homeworth, were taken to Mercy Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. Kolm was cited for failure to yield.

- Joseph C. Cullen, 25, Youngstown, and Brandon M. Klem, 27, McDonald, were stopped westbound on state Route 558 in Franklin Township at 1:43 p.m. Tuesday and Klem began backing and struck Cullen. Klem was cited for improper backing.

-Jennifer Marie Calhoun, 25, Concord Drive, East Palestine, was on state Route 165 in Springfield Township, Mahoning County, and went off the east side of the road into a fence. She was cited for failure to control.

- Keith Hilderbrand, 23, Hanoverton, was northwestbound on Campbell Road in West Township at 1:50 p.m. Sunday and went off the north side into a ditch, a culvert and a mailbox. He was cited for failure to control and OVI.
