LISBON - Charles E. Walker, 23, McKinnon Avenue, East Liverpool, was served a secret indictment for two counts of assault. Court documents allege Walker on Oct. 24 attempted to harm two East Liverpool police officers, patrolmen Fred Flati and Greg Smith.
