LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Thursday Charles S. Earich, 35, Jefferson Street, Salineville, was fined $950, had his license suspended for 180 days and sentenced to 60 days in jail for OVI first offense and no license suspension amended from driving under suspension.
Casey L. Reynolds, 33, West Lincoln Way, Lisbon, was fined $755, sentenced to 20 days in jail and had her license suspended for 180 days for OVI first offense, failure to control and a seat belt violation.
Brenda S. Chase, 47, state Route 45, Wellsville, was fined $425, had her license suspended for 180 days and was sentenced to three days in jail and three days in school for OVI first offense and failure to control.
Roy A. Watson, 31, state Route 7, New Waterford, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and ordered to make full restitution to Agland for passing bad checks for a $124 check written on July 5.
A March 21 pretrial was set for Darby S. McCoy, 43, Canton, cited with driving under OVI suspension.
A March 25 pretrial was set for Jimmy L. Dubose Jr., 37, Apple Street, Salem, cited with license expired less than six months.
A March 28 pretrial was set for Travis Levi Neeley, 19, Main Street, Wellsville, cited with driving under FRA suspension.
An April 1 pretrial was set for Roberta L. Beabout, 51, Green Street, Lisbon, charged with driving under FRA suspension and traffic control devices.
An April 2 pretrial was set for John Taylor, 42, Walnut Street, Salem, cited with driving under suspension and traffic control devices.
An April 2 pretrial was set for Jay D. Hackathorn, 41, West Ninth Street, East Liverpool, cited with hit skip and violating a railroad crossing.
