LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Friday Joseph M. Leasure, 26, Kurtz Road, Minerva, was fined $100 and sentenced to 33 remaining days in jail for theft. Court documents state Leasure took jewelry from his grandmother's home on Jan. 27.

Corey A. Bauer, Jamestown, N.Y., was fined $1,000, sentenced to 180 days in jail and was required 30 hours of community service for underage consumption, but a diversion review was set for Aug. 13.

Kanisha Teemer, 22, Youngstown, was fined $300 for driving without a valid license amended from driving in violation of a driving restriction and improper passing amended from speeding. A driving under FRA suspension citation was dismissed.

John A. Petrich, 33, South Market Street, East Palestine, was fined $150 and had his license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana and a tail lights violation. A drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed.

A Feb. 21 pretrial was set for Erich W. Henkel, 29, last known address Cherry Street, Salem, charged with receiving stolen property for allegedly selling copper at Downtown Metals in Salem, which had been stolen from Quaker Castings.

A Feb. 21 pretrial was set for Casey A. Hockman, 27, Roseville, cited with OVI second offense, OVI refusal with a prior in the past 20 years, driving under suspension, two lights displayed, hit skip, failure to reinstate a license and failure to control.

A March 26 pretrial was set for Corey M. Ramsey, 27, Campbell Road, Hanoverton, charged with driving under OVI suspension.

A March 28 pretrial was set for Casey M. Cunningham, 32, Baum Street, East Liverpool, charged with obstruction of official business for allegedly giving police a false name and date of birth twice when she was a passenger in a vehicle stopped in East Palestine on Wednesday.

A March 28 pretrial was set for Kenneth J. Stull Jr., 40, Clement Way, East Liverpool, cited with speeding.

A driving under suspension citation against Brian J. Bair, 51, Logan, was dismissed due to a Bureau of Motor Vehicle error.
