LISBON - An East Liverpool man was served a secret indictment Tuesday for his alleged involvement in six burglaries in that city last summer.
David J. Sisco Jr., 22, last known address Tague Street, East Liverpool, is charged with three counts of felony two burglary, three counts of felony three burglary, three counts of receiving stolen property and one misuse of credit cards charge.
Court documents allege Sisco trespassed into the homes of Jessica Williams, Pennsylvania Avenue, on July 13; Gerald Potts, College Street, on Aug. 20; Phyllis Conto, Old Fredericktown, Road, on Aug. 22; Marsha Webb, Henry Avenue, Aug. 28; Marcia Bloor, Vine Street, on Sept. 7; and Vincent Emler, Avondale, on Sept. 10.
Additionally, he is accused of having in his possession a television and Steelers blanket belonging to Potts; miscellaneous jewelry valued at between $1,000 and $7,500 belonging to Richard and Marsha Webb; and a credit card belonging to Robert Bloor, which he allegedly used on Sept. 8.
The indictment was issued by the grand jury in January.
