LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Rick J. Willis, 22, Spring Street, Salineville, was sentenced to 180 days in jail and fined $650 for fleeing and eluding for refusing to stop on a quad he was riding in Salineville and theft for taking a laptop belonging to Abbey Willis, which she had loaned to her cousin Kelsea Willis.

Shawn P. Hughes, 33, Scranton, Pa., was fined $400, had his license suspended for 180 days, was ordered to attend three days in school and sentenced to three days in jail for OVI first offense and a lane violation.

Rhonda M. Flory, 45. Morton Street, Lisbon, was fined $725, had her license suspended for 180 days and sentenced to 20 days in jail for OVI first offense and reckless operation.

Eric M. Greathouse, 20, East Sixth Street, Salem, was fined $250 and sentenced to 90 days in jail for criminal damaging for damage caused to the right rear quarter panel of Nicole Devine's car on Nov. 12. A restitution hearing was set for Feb. 28.

Raymond D. Farnsworth, was fined $250, required to pay $500 to the Division of Wildlife and had his hunting rights suspended until Feb. 1, 2014 for hunting with an unlawful firearm after he used a single shot shotgun to kill an eight-point buck during muzzleloading season.

Matthew P. McIntosh, 29, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, was fined $100 and sentenced to one day in jail for theft for taking three candy bars from Smith Oil in Lisbon on Wednesday.

Nathan O. Morgan, 23, Hollow Street, Minerva, was fined $60 for driving under FRA suspension, speeding and a seat belt violation.

A Feb. 28 pretrial was set for Michael L. Lacey Jr., 38, Rochester Road, East Rochester, charged with two counts domestic violence for allegedly forcibly shoving open the door of his estranged wife's home, which caused her to fall on top of their 6-year-old daughter.

A Feb. 28 pretrial was set for Michael C. Robb, 31, South Market Street, East Palestine, cited with violating a temporary protection order after Andrea Robb reported he came to her house on state Route 14 on Jan. 8.

A March 4 pretrial was set for Curtis C. Gearhart, 28, Youngstown, charged with OVI second offense and driving under suspension.

A March 7 pretrial was set for Roxeen L. Parrish, 37, Washington Avenue, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly striking her husband in the back with a television cord during an argument Wednesday night.

A March 7 pretrial was set for Ray E. Callehan, 46, West Main Street, Salineville, charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, OVI first offense, hit skip, failure to control and one headlight. Court documents allege Callehan took a pickup without the owner's consent and was involved in a two-vehicle crash on Monday.

A March 12 pretrial was set for Ashley M. Vanderhoff, 23, Cherry Street, Salem, charged with receiving stolen property after allegedly attempting to sell copper stolen from Quaker City Castings to Downtown Metals on Jan. 18.
