NEGLEY - Negley Masonic Lodge will host its annual all-u-can-eat Oyster Soup Night from 4 to 7 p.m. Feb. 9 at the lodge, 50873 Richardson Ave. A variety of other soups will also be available. Scanner Club to host WinterScan
BOARDMAN - The Greater Youngstown Monitoring Association Scanner Club is hosting its sixth annual WinterScan at 7 p.m. Feb. 9 at the Boardman United Methodist Church, 6809 Market St. Those attending are asked to bring any scanners programmable or crystal, working or nonworking, for the Winter Scan display and a coverdish or dessert to share for the potluck dinner.
