Rolling papers and suspected marijuana stem were reportedly seen inside the vehicle, and Uselton and her passenger were placed in the trooper's cruiser. Audio recordings of their conversation while in the cruiser indicated they were concerned about troopers looking in the console and Uselton's purse, according to reports. Inside the console, they reportedly found a tin with marijuana residue and a pipe, while in her purse was found a pipe, grinder and rolling papers. A cylinder containing powder residue was also found during the search, although reports did not indicate where it was located. Uselton was charged with OVI, a headlight violation, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
