Vehicle number two was stopped in traffic for the red light facing north on South Ellsworth Avenue and the first vehicle was traveling too fast, lost control and traveled across the center lane while spinning counter-clockwise, striking the driver's side front fender of the second vehicle. Two people nearby denied having been in the truck but acknowledged knowing the owner. Police were unable to identify the operator at that time and the vehicle had fresh damage consistent with the accident. The vehicle was towed and held pending identification of the driver at the time of the accident. Police located a phone number and left a detailed message.
