- Kristopher I. Anstine, 21, New Garden Avenue, Salem, was westbound on state Route 558 in Fairfield Township at 1:22 p.m. Wednesday and Allan A. Joseph, 36, state Route 45, Lisbon, was southbound on state Route 164 and Anstine attempted to pass through the intersection and struck Joseph's vehicle. Anstine was cited for right of way.

- Steffanie N. Johns, 25, Leetonia Road, Leetonia, was westbound on Crestview Road in Salem Township at 7:44 p.m. Tuesday and drove off the right side of the road into an embankment and overturned. An infant passenger, Ciara N. Johns, same address, was taken to Akron Children's Hospital with possible injuries.

- Thomas E. Milligan, 64, Youngstown, was northbound on state Route 7 in Fairfield Township at 11 a.m. Tuesday and Owen T. Beight, 30, Enon Valley, Pa., was eastbound on state Route 558 and ran the red light and was struck by Milligan. Beight was cited for signal lights.

- Kailea M. Brown, 16, state Route 518, Lisbon, was eastbound on East Liverpool Road in Madison Township at 6:15 p.m. Monday and went off the left side of the road and struck a mailbox. She was cited for failure to control.

- Watson J. Caleb, 36, Globe Street, East Liverpool, was northbound on state Route 11 in Fairfield Township at 9:20 a.m. Dec. 27 and lost control while changing lanes and went off the right side and into a ditch. He was cited for failure to control and driving under suspension.

- Thomas E. Smith, 54, state Route 164, Lisbon, was driving northeast on state Route 164 in Center Township at 11:30 p.m. Sunday and went off the east side of the road into a culvert and struck a fence, flower planter and parked unoccupied vehicle in a private drive. He was cited for failure to control and taken to Salem Hospital with non-incapacitating injuries.
