Rachel Lin Howard and Joshua Gail Beagle of East Liverpool were united in marriage on Oct. 6. Family friend and Pastor David Brown officiated the ceremony at Northside Church in East Liverpool.
The bride is the daughter of Jack and Janess Howard of Wellsville. The bridegroom is the son of Randy and Susan Beagle of New Manchester.
Escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a strapless classic fairy tale ball gown of tulle and glitter net over taffeta, featuring a romantic sweetheart neckline accented with sparkling crystal beading and rhinestones. Complimenting her gown, the bride carried a bouquet of white roses with crystal centers accented with stephanotis.
Whitney Winters and Heather Murphy served as maid and matron of honor, respectively, in strapless tea-length dresses, champagne in color highlighted with various fall colored sages and flowers.
Also in champagne colored dresses were bridesmaids, Tatum Schneidmiller and Rachel Blackburn, both of East Liverpool.
The flower girl was Reagan Edwards of New Cumberland, the bridegroom's cousin.
Performing duties of best man was Tony Kirk of New Cumberland.
Groomsmen were Ryan Beagle and Shawn Beagle, both of Weirton, the bridegroom's brothers; and Jordan Chisler, of Daybrook, W.Va., the bridegroom's cousin.
Ushers were Aaron Coxen of New Cumberland and Taylor Gilmer of Weirton.
Approximately 200 guests attended the reception at the Das Dutch Village Inn in Columbiana.
The newlyweds honeymooned in Myrtle Beach, S.C., and now reside in Morgantown, W.Va.
The bride is a graduate of East Liverpool Christian School and Kent State University where she earned a bachelor's degree in psychology. She plans to attend Waynesburg University to obtain a master's degree and is currently employed in merchandising at JCP.
The bridegroom is a graduate of Oak Glen High School and attended West Virginia University. He is currently employed at Chisler Inc.
