- A Stroup Road, Hanoverton, woman reported at 2:51 p.m. Wednesday she received a call Wednesday morning from NCO Financial Group, which was attempting to verify personal information for her and her husband.

- Alliance police reported at 12:32 p.m. Wednesday they had learned a Cavalier, possibly taken as an unauthorized use incident in their city, was parked on property on Sell Road. Deputies found the car parked near the driveway on the property and it was towed.

- A Roller Coaster Road, Lisbon, woman reported at 8:03 a.m. Wednesday she has been having an ongoing problem for more than a year with neighbors across the road. She claims after dark, the neighbors remove her trash can from the end of her driveway and deposit it on the property of another neighbor's house down the road.

- Jamui Miller, an employee of Safeguard, reported at 9:02 a.m. Tuesday he found the north middle bedroom window broken and a sliding door partially open on a vacant home on Hammond School Road. The well pump and most of the copper pipe had been removed from the crawl space underneath the house.

- A suspicious text message, "I hid the body, now what?" was reported by residents of an 18th Street Heights, Wellsville address at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday.

- An employee of Walt's Auto Body reported at 11:27 a.m. Tuesday sometime overnight someone cut two catalytic converters from vehicles on their lot. Additionally, three rims were stolen from behind the shop.

- Larry Thomas, Holock, Md., reported at 11:11 a.m. Friday he had sent a motorcycle engine worth $2,500 to a Unity Township business for repairs. He said he has been speaking with a man at the business about getting the engine back, but had not received it yet. Deputies explained it is a civil issue.
