2 served secret indictments

LISBON - Two people were served secret indictments issued by the Columbiana County grand jury earlier in the month.

Mitchell O. Lacey, 41, Bethesda Road, Hanoverton, is charged with possession of drugs for allegedly having heroin in his possession on April 20.

Angel M. Potts, 19, College Street, East Liverpool, is charged with four counts of burglary. According to court records, Potts is accused of burglarizing the home of Greg Stansbury, Thompson Avenue, East Liverpool, on July 17; the home of Karen Sims, Woodbine, East Liverpool, on Aug. 15; the home of Gerald Potts, College Street, East Liverpool, on Aug. 20 and the home of Richard and Marsha Webb, Henry Avenue, East Liverpool on Aug. 28.
