- Both deputies and the highway patrol responded at 1:19 a.m. Friday to state Route 45 in Madison Township after LeeAnn Havelock, no address listed, reported her boyfriend argued with her. He then got out of the vehicle and took off. She was concerned about him because of the cold temperatures and his lack of a coat. He refused to talk to her on the phone or return when she texted him. Havelock arranged a ride home for herself because she had been drinking and was near the legal limit.
