- Julene L. Day, 32, state Route 558, New Waterford, was northbound and stopped at the intersection of Signal and Crestview roads in Fairfield Township at 6:45 a.m. Thursday and Elwood B. Woolman, 58, Berlin Center, was westbound and Day failed to yield from the stop sign and was struck by Woolman. Day was cited for failure to yield.
