LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Friday Dipakkumar Patel, 46, U.S. Route 62, Salem, was fined $250 for selling alcohol at Barnett's Drive Through to a 19-year-old man.
A March 4 pretrial was set for Chadwick Mercer, 19, Winona Road, Salem, cited with underage consumption after he allegedly bought a six-pack of beer at Barnett's Drive Through on Dec. 27.
Stephen Lee Yeagley, 26, Glamorgan Street, Alliance, was fined $100 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension and failure to control.
Paul Faulkner, 18, Hoopes Road, Salem, was fined $100 and had his license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana.
A Jan. 15 pretrial was set for Kari Lynn Finch, 39, Oak Grove Road, Salineville, cited with a seat belt violation.
A Jan. 17 pretrial was set for Rebecca H. Stoffer, 36, last known address East Eighth Street, Salem, cited with misuse of credit cards.
A Feb. 11 pretrial was set for Sean M. Hicks, 18, state Route 558, Leetonia, cited with disorderly conduct.
A Feb. 25 pretrial was set for Stephen P. Flynn, 42, Bacon Avenue, East Palestine, charged with OVI first offense, OVI refusal with prior within 20 years and driving under OVI suspension.
A Feb. 28 pretrial was set for Matthew V. Tomsha, 61, Benton Road, Salem, cited with hit skip and failure to control.
March 4 pretrials were set for Susan C. Crean, 19, Benton Road, Salem, and Joshua R. Heacock, 20, Benton Road, Salem, cited with underage consumption after the two were found in a pickup parked in the area of Washington Street and Mound Avenue, Salem, at 4:58 a.m. celebrating her birthday with alcohol and other activity.
A March 11 pretrial was set for William H. Hutchins Jr., 23, Penn Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with OVI third offense, driving under suspension, furnishing false information and speeding.
