LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Monday, Zachary F. Hein, 24, U.S. Route 30, Minerva, was fined $725, had his license suspended for 180 days, required 40 hours community service and sentenced to 20 days in jail for OVI first offense and failure to control.

Erik V. Burnworth, 23, Lisbon Street, Paris, was fined $450, had his license suspended for six months, sentenced to three days in jail and required 25 hours community service for parking on a highway and physical control amended from OVI first offense.

Adam L. Tyson, 29, West Tennessee, Sebring, was fined $300, sentenced to three days in jail and required 40 hours community service for driving under a 12-point suspension.

Brian S. Goodlin, 30, Lycia Avenue, Chester, W.Va., was fined $200 and required 30 hours community service for falsification for using his brother's information while riding as a passenger in a vehicle stopped by Wellsville police on Dec. 9.

Shadi A. Murra, 37, Boardman, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from a stop sign violation.

Amanda L. Higbee, 32, Esterly Drive, Leetonia, was fined $100 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Joey J. Morris Jr., 28, West Wilson Street, Salem, was fined $100 for driving without a valid license amended from driving under suspension.

Kahn Matthews, 36, Sharon, Pa., was fined $100 for speeding.

A Feb. 4 pretrial was set for Daniel J. Seymour, charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct for allegedly arguing with his girlfriend, walking away from Perry Township police ordering him to stop and requiring police to wrestle him to the ground.

A Feb. 4 pretrial was set for Bryce R. Tricker, 20, Warren, cited with underage consumption.

A Feb. 5 pretrial was set for Robert H. Wolken, 31, Homewood Avenue, Salem, charged with OVI first offense and a lane violation.

A Feb. 5 pretrial was set for Jeremie M. Landfried, 28, Y and O Road, Wellsville, cited with driving under a 12-point suspension and flashing turn signal.

A Feb. 5 pretrial was set for Timothy N. Prince, 19, Southington, and Emily S. Noel, 18, state Route 14, East Palestine, each cited with underage consumption.

A Feb. 12 pretrial was set for Erica L. Thomas, 33, Middle Beaver Road, Lisbon, cited with hit skip and improper passing.

A Feb. 12 pretrial was set for Corey A. Bauer, Jamestown, N.Y., cited with underage consumption.

A Feb. 28 pretrial was set for Lori M. Todd, 42, Hoopes Road, Salem, cited with speeding.

An April 8 pretrial was set for Dewayne L. Stokes, 51, U.S. Route 30, Hanoverton, cited with driving under FRA suspension.
