"It was just nice to get a win," Oak Glen head coach Scott Wiley said. "It was nice to beat Madonna. Madonna had beaten us two years in a row in our sports spectacular. It was nice to finally beat them, and it was nice to stop our four-game losing streak."

The loss drops the Blue Dons to 4-7 on the season.

Oak Glen's next game is Monday at Beaver Local.

"I got to see them against Wellsville," Wiley said about the Beavers. "Their record doesn't indicate how tough they play. They play a lot of tough teams up north. It is going to be a tough one. It is always tough anytime you go over there."

Madonna's next game is Monday at home against Brooke.
